We work in partnership with ZEVIM, who manufacture a high quality, affordable range of modular racking. The system is flexible in its design and will accommodate all requirements you may have for storage.

Featuring a wide range of sizes and individual components, the system can be tailored to suit you and your workers needs, making storage of tools, equipment and parts a more sensible and time efficient process – with its design focusing on strength where really required and lightness of component parts where possible the system comes together as a whole package to offer a truly durable solution.

The ZEVIM design has recently undergone rigorous testing at Mill-brook Proving Ground with a full sled test of the modular shelving and underfloor drawer systems – all shelving and drawers were weighted to offer a more realistic ‘real world’ test cycle, just as your van would be when in use. The test results speak for themselves with minimal distortion and all items being successfully retained within the load compartment. This supports the previous testing carried out at TUV in Germany.

The ZEVIM system consists of a wide array of sizes to accommodate all vans and designs and with the benefit of being fully expandable to suit your individual needs – the design will be worked out with the dedicated ZEVIM design CAD drawing packaging – thus giving you a detailed overview of the system to be installed into your vehicles, showing all angles and weights of parts to be installed to give you a greater understanding of remaining payload available.

The modular system can also be utilised in LGV & HGV loadspace applications for when they are to be used as mobile workshops, and it is a fantastic solution for workshop storage solutions the units can be mounted to the floor to offer a high quality workspace solution or even mounted atop wheeled platforms to give a flexible portable offering.

The ZEVIM System also offers a large range of dedicated ‘under-floor’ storage solutions – stand alone drawer modules which can be used in isolation or locked together to form a very flexible storage option for those longer items or with manual handling in mind, the ability to bring the load to the user rather than climbing into the van every time – we have found those regular used items can be accessed quicker and more safely if stored in a well thought out underfloor storage module – saving time and money for you in the long term.
